Celebrating My Birthday By Giving You A Gift

Lifestyle

The holidays can be exciting and full of happiness but they can also be exhausting and send your energy spiraling downward.

Christmas Eve is my birthday and I would like to give you a gift.

This is a simple yet effective exercise to raise your vibration and get you out of that holiday funk.

This is a visualization exercise you can perform to help you feel more lively and physically empowered.

Before you start take a deep breath ask yourself out loud, on a scale of 1-10, 1 being the lowest 10 being the highest, where is my energy level at right now. Get a number. Begin the exercise.

Start by sitting in silence for a few minutes, focusing on you’re breathing and allowing stray thoughts to drift by without examination. Next, imagine yourself drawing positive energy from the universe.

Just imagine a golden glow off in the distance then see it coming closer and closer. Feel that energy being pulled into all parts of your body, from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Imagine drawing it into the core of your being and right up around your heart.

Do this continuously for 5-10 minutes, and notice the difference in your energy levels when you stop.

Repeat out loud, on a scale from 1 to 10, 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest, what is my energy level now.

What number do you get?

You can repeat this multiple times a day, daily or whenever you feel called to raise your energy level.

I pray you enjoy this gift and that it gives you the boost you need.

Sending blessings to my High Vibe Healing Tribe. Love You.

Please share with anyone that you think might benefit from this information!
