Continue To Thrive

Spirit continues to lead me to encourage you to look to nature for healing. In every corner of the earth, you will find Mother Nature’s Magic. There is no question that Earth has been a giving planet. Everything humans have needed to survive, and thrive, is provided by the natural world around us: food, water, medicine, materials for shelter, and even natural cycles such as climate and nutrients.

When you find an item that speaks to you, leave a gift in return (plant a seed, pick up some trash, recycle), or simply say thank you.

Herb picking is a sacred practice. This land is filled with healing energy. Herbs I pick for remedies might include juniper, cedar, pine, wild mint, milk weed, mullein, yarrow, mallow and clover.

When you collect herbs, do not pull from the root. Simply clip enough for what you are truly going to use or to gift to someone else. I can’t imagine that Mother Nature would appreciate us taking as much as we could and then letting it go to waste.

These gifts are God given to us, and it is so important we pick, and give thanks with respect in our heart.

As you see pictured here, hang your herbs, any cool, dry place will do. A closet works, just lay a towel or garbage bag underneath to catch anything that drops and you can add that to your loose smudge. Do not waste them. Use them fresh or, once dry, you can burn them for smudging. Depending on the herbs you pick, you can even brew them in a cup of tea, use them for food, or for healing.

I pray this gets you out in nature and that it ignites a fire within you to explore self-healing and healing from nature.

Blessings to my High Vibe Healing Tribe.
