Comparison Is Ugly

Blogging

Between the Full Super Moon energies that have started coming in and all the solar activity something is really bringing things out in people. I have had client after client say that these are the most prevalent energies right now. Are you falling into this trap?

It can be easy to get caught up in the comparison game. You notice the success of others and start to feel discouraged about where you are at, you look at someone else and think I wish I was as pretty, thin, athletic, or any other comparison. But comparison is a thief – it steals your joy, your enthusiasm, and ultimately leaves you feeling unsatisfied no matter what you have.

Instead, focus on your own path and celebrate the progress you’ve made so far, celebrate your gifts, your talents, your body, your accomplishments. Celebrate when others succeed too – their success doesn’t diminish yours. And instead of comparing yourself to others, cultivate an attitude of gratitude.

Gratitude will turn what you do have into more than enough.

Constantly comparing yourself to others can lead to excessive amounts of stress and dissatisfaction with yourself, what you have and your own progress. By leaving comparison behind and focusing on the things that bring you joy and gratitude, you’ll never feel like there isn’t enough for you, you will never feel that you are not enough.

Remember, progress is always better than perfection. Don’t worry about competing with those around you; instead, appreciate the journey and enjoy the moments that lead you to your goals.

You are More Than Enough!

Please share with your friends and loved ones you feel this would benefit.

Abundant Blessings,
