Using Intention In Your Life
Ask yourself, “do you really want to heal?”
That may sound like a silly question but in reality millions of people truly do not want to heal. The pain, illness, or issues they are having serves them. Maybe their spouse waits on them hand and foot, there friends come all the time to shuttle them around, their family gives them their undivided attention and can’t do enough for them. But at what cost. What cost to you and what cost to them.
Making a decision that healing is the only option, then taking that first action, such as taking this course solidifies our intention and sets the healing in motion. Some people heal instantly at that point alone, others may take minutes, hours, days or heal over time.
Intention is very powerful on it’s own but when we join together with others for the same intention we access exponential power.
It is simply the process of focusing our intention on what we desire. Meditation helps us get in a positive state of mind. You can focus on your breath and with each inhale state a healing affirmation. I use “I am whole and healed in Jesus name” on the exhale I see myself exhaling fear, negativity, the illness, pain or issue and old beliefs that no longer serve me. Just see them being breathed out into the ground.
Once thought to be New Age or Woo Woo, cutting-edge science is now able to prove that our thoughts and intentions influence our biological pathways, which in turn influence the healing process. Our focused intentions alter the frequency of our energy fields, which give direction to specific healing pathways. We truly our in control of our healing. Healers are able to connect and set this intention and hold it with us or for us as they bring in healing energy and clear blockages or stuck energy in our bodies.
So how do you begin?
Get clear on what you want. Don’t waiver. Use pictures, a list or whatever feels right to you.
Write it in your journal to make it concrete. You need a crystal clear intention of what you want.
Let go of the “How”. Just let go of it once the intention is set. We have no idea how it will come. If you let it go you will get way better than what you actually asked for. Leave it open to possibilities. You don’t want to box yourself in.
Get an accountability partner, make sure it is someone that will get behind you and not someone that is critical and will talk you out of it, which is as simple as sharing your intention with a friend then having them focus also or ask them to just check in with you to keep you on track.
Take an action step toward your intention every day to refocus and then write that step in your journal. Journal the blessings you receive, any little physical change, change in attitude. Being grateful or living in gratitude also brings more of that to us.
Focus on the positive. What has changed?
By focusing on what has changed and looking at the positive you grow your intention.
The reason most people struggle with money is they don’t realize they have the power to influence their circumstances.
Everything we put our attention on is going out into the universe. Be conscious of what you are sending out there. Are you sending out “that will never happen to me” “other people win”. Change your thinking, change your energy.
A quick way to manifest money is:
Write a list of what you want to see come to you over the next week.
Rate the believability of that goal happening. On a scale of 1-10 where are you at on a believability scale. If you are not at least an 8 adjust what your believing for. This will help you get started.
Visualize that you already have what you have set your intention on. Actually feel that in your body. What would you feel like in your body if you had it already.
Acknowledge and appreciate what you intended and what actually showed up.
As you learn to incorporate this into your life in small ways you will become more comfortable in using it to manifest your dreams wishes and goals for the bigger things in your life.
