Power Up Your Homes Frequency By Making Your Space Feel Amazing
Let’s talk about your home! The energy of the place you spend your time absolutely affects your energy. If your home feels great, you feel great. If it feels stuck or messy, you might feel stuck or messy too.
Lets boost the energy of your home, room by room!
Your Front Door: Hello, New Chances!
From the moment you walk through your front door, it should feel like new opportunities are waiting for you.
Keep it Clean: It’s super important that this area is clean and welcoming. Get rid of clutter! You want the entrance to be an invitation, so make sure you and your guests use it. Try to avoid sneaking in through the garage.
Energetic Exercise: A simple way to wake up the energy is by sweeping this area. This stirs up any old, stuck energy and helps everything feel fresh and new.
The Street Vibe: Think about where your home is. Do you live on a busy street (like a high-five, active energy) or a calm street (like a quiet hug, peaceful energy)?
If your street is busy (Yang), you need the entrance to calm things down. Use peaceful, soft colors and calming accessories.
If your street is calm (Yin), you want to wake up the energy! Add bold, vibrant colors and exciting accessories to boost the energy.
Crystal Boost for Your Entry:
Selenite: Place a Selenite crystal near a window or in each of the four corners of your entrance. This will make the energy high and positive, filling your space with light.
Black Tourmaline: Use Black Tourmaline for protection. It’s like a sponge that absorbs negative or heavy energy, and it helps your space feel grounded and stable.
Your Kitchen: The Heart of Your Home
The kitchen is the “heart of your home,” so you need to pay special attention to this area. It’s where you make the food that fuels your body!
See Who’s Coming: Try to have your stove in a spot where you can see the door, where you can see who is coming into the kitchen. If that isn’t possible, you could put a mirror next to the stove so you can keep an eye on who is coming and going. This helps you feel in charge.
Let the Light In: Lighting sets the feeling (the vibe) for the room. You want as much natural light as possible! If you don’t have much sun coming in, add special lights like fancy hanging lights (pendants or chandeliers) to brighten things up.
Fix It Up: If anything in your kitchen is broken or needs repair, take care of it right away! You don’t want broken or neglected energy hanging around your space.
Crystal Boost for Your Kitchen:
Carnelian: This stone is for creativity and passion. Placing it in the kitchen is sure to spice up your cooking!
Citrine: This is a stone of happiness and joy. Put it on a windowsill, as the best tasting food is always prepared with a positive spirit.
Your Bedroom: Your Sanctuary
Your bedroom is a very important room. It should be your sanctuary, the place you go to rest and renew your energy. You spend one-third of your life here, so make sure the energy is the best it can be.
Power Position: Put your bed in a power position. This means having it face the door and against a solid wall. When you are in a power position, you can see who is coming and going, which helps you feel secure, stable, and at ease.
No Electronics: Everyone knows phones and electronics mess up sleep and your energy level. They bring constant activity! It’s important that your bedroom is free of electronics. If you must charge your phone, set it on a dresser across the room. Televisions in the bedroom really interrupt rest and calm.
Get Rid of Clutter: Keep your bedroom free of clutter! If things are everywhere, it will give you the feeling of being tight and stuck. From your dresser to your nightstands, and even your drawers and closet, things should be neat so that you can start your day without feeling stuck.
Keep it Private: This may seem a little odd, but the bedroom is not where you want to feel like other people are watching you. Keep family photos out of the bedroom. It’s hard to relax and rest when you feel like someone is watching!
Crystal Boost for Your Bedroom:
Rose Quartz and Amethyst: Place these two stones together on your nightstand. Rose Quartz brings loving vibes and understanding (great if you share the room and need peace).
Amethyst helps your intuition and relaxation. This combination balances energy and helps you rest deeply.
The more you transform your home into a space of bright, positive energy, the more your spirit will be lifted and vibrate at the same high frequency!
Instant Power Boost: Clear These Three Spots
After learning about how important your kitchen, bedroom, and entrance are you want to choose a spot to start cleaning up the energy right now! Clutter holds onto old, stuck energy and you want to release it so you feel lighter and more independent.
Here are three important spots you can start decluttering today to instantly boost your energy:
Your Kitchen Counter / Dining Table (The Energy Hub)
Why it matters: This is where you prepare food and gather with people. If it’s covered in clutter, it makes the heart of your home feel blocked and stressed.
Clutter Examples to Clear: Old mail, bills and school papers you don’t need anymore.
Random tools or keys that belong in a drawer.
Plastic containers or takeout menus.
Empty snack bags or used jars.
Your Nightstand / Bedside Area (The Rest Zone)
Why it matters: This is the last thing you see before you sleep and the first thing you see when you wake up. Clutter here tells your mind you still have “work to do,” making it hard to relax.
Clutter Examples to Clear:
Piles of old magazines or books you finished a month ago.
Water glasses or snack wrappers from the night before.
Cables and chargers that are tangled up or in piles (remember, electronics bring chaos!).
Jewelry or loose change that should be put away.
The Top of Your Dresser (The Start-Your-Day Zone)
Why it matters: This spot often becomes a “dumping ground” and can make the start of your day feel hectic. If your clothes drawers are overflowing, the top of the dresser fills up instead.
Clutter Examples to Clear:
Clean clothes that you didn’t put away (put them in the drawer!).
Random receipts or sticky notes.
Empty bottles of perfume, lotion, or old outdated makeup.
Items that belong in another room, like a toy or a book.
Your Entrance Area (The Opportunity Zone)
Why it matters: This is the first impression your home gives you and your guests. If it’s cluttered, it blocks the flow of new, positive opportunities from easily entering your life.
Clutter Examples to Clear:
Shoes that your family doesn’t wear anymore (donate them!).
Coats and jackets that are out of season and need to be washed and stored away.
Loose change, old shopping bags, or dirty gloves.
Anything that doesn’t immediately belong when you walk in (like a toy or a book that should be put on a shelf).
Your Challenge This Week:
Pick just one of those three areas, maybe start with the Entrance, since it’s so important and spend just 15 minutes clearing the clutter of some of the examples that were listed. You will feel a huge difference in your home and your own energy right away!
Have fun with it. See how high you can raise the frequency.
This is the perfect time of year to get a new start.
