Immune Boosting Fire Cider

If you are looking to boost your immune system and prepare it for the change of what many assume to be cold and flu season, do it with energy healing and herbs. A great remedy is Fire Cider. It is packed with lots of antiviral ingredients to support your overall immune system and bring it to peak performance.

Get some high quality apple cider vinegar (I often use Bragg’s Raw Unfiltered Organic brand).

Ingredients

  • 2 springs Rosemary
  • 1 sprig Thyme
  • 1/2 C. Onion
  • 1/2 Cup Horseradish
  • 8 Cloves Garlic Chopped
  • 1 or 2 Sticks Cinnamon
  • 1T. Peppercorns
  • 1 Sliced Jalapeno
  • 1/2 to 1 C. Raw Local Honey (or add 1teaspoon to each dose)
  • 1/2 C Ginger Grated
  • 1 Grapefruit or Orange or 1/2 of Each
  • 1/2 C. Fresh Turmeric Grated
  • 1/2 Lemon Sliced
  • 2 C. Apple Cider Vinegar or enough to cover all ingredients plus an inch above them.

Fill a large wide mouth jar with the ingredients listed and add anything else you feel led to such as Calendula, Tulsi, Lemon Balm, Rose Hips, Lemon Verbena, and/or cardamom.

Let it set in a cool, dark place for 2 weeks minimum (I like to make it in time so I can wait 6 weeks) at that point there is never any more change to the energy of it. Make sure to give the jar a shake each day. When you are ready to start using it simply strain it and enjoy. You may want to put it in smaller containers. Just strain it well into the new container. (I use 4 oz. dropper bottles).

Take a teaspoon of the cider 3 to 4x per day. I like to do AM, Lunch, Dinner, Bedtime.

You can take it straight or you can add it to warm water & lemon. I also use it in my salad dressing.

This remedy not only is said to boost your immune system it is also used to improve blood circulation and digestion among other benefits.
