These times that we are living in are chaotic and very unstable as we approach the time where we will make these biggest decision in our lifetime it is the perfect time to make sure you frequency or vibe is the highest it can be.
Sometimes, certain habits or behaviors can lower your energy or “vibration,” making you feel stuck or out of balance. If you notice you’re feeling drained or negative, it might be helpful to think about the ways you’re approaching life. Lets look at some common things that might be bringing your energy down and how you can change them to feel lighter and more positive.
Making Choices Based on Fear
When you make decisions out of fear, you’re letting negative feelings like anger, jealousy, or worry guide you. Fear can show up in many ways, like comparing yourself to others, gossiping, or avoiding things that make you uncomfortable. For example, if you’re choosing a job just because you’re scared you won’t find something better or avoiding new experiences because you’re afraid, you’re operating from a place of fear. Instead, let love and trust guide your actions. When you make decisions from a place of love, everything starts to fall into place more naturally. Try focusing on what excites you, and trust that things will work out.
Falling into Negativity
Negativity can sneak up on you, whether it’s in your own thoughts or from people around you. It could be thinking the worst about a situation, assuming people have bad intentions, or complaining. Being negative keeps you stuck in a cycle of low energy, and it can impact how you see the world and how others see you. Try to pay attention to your thoughts and the energy of people around you. Using Harsh or Bad Language

Even though it can feel good in the moment, it actually spreads negative vibes and lowers your frequency and the frequency of all who hear it. If you find yourself swearing often, try cutting it out of your conversations. You might be surprised at how much better you feel and how much more effective your communication becomes.

Maybe you’re acting a certain way because you think it’s what others expect or because you’re afraid of being judged. Watching Violent or Negative TV

When you’re watching violent shows, you’re reinforcing fear, worthlessness and negativity within yourself. Instead, try to watch things that lift your spirit and make you feel good. Choose programs that inspire you or make you laugh. This way, you’re filling your mind with positive energy, which helps keep your vibration high.
Mistreating Yourself, Others, Animals, or the Earth
When you hurt yourself or others, you’re lowering your energy. This includes being harsh with yourself, being rude to others, or not caring for the environment. The world is interconnected, and what you put out comes back to you. By treating others and the planet with kindness, you’re contributing to the overall positive energy around you. Respecting and caring for yourself, other people, animals, and the planet raises your vibration and makes you feel more connected to the world around you.
Doing Mindless Activities
Spending hours on social media, watching TV just to pass the time, or engaging in gossip can drain your energy. These activities don’t usually make you feel good or help you grow, and they often leave you feeling worse. Instead, focus on doing things that bring you happiness or help you learn. Go outside, read a book, create something, or spend time with loved ones. These activities will lift your spirit and keep your energy high.
Drinking Alcohol
Alcohol might make you feel good for a little while, but it often leaves you feeling\ drained or unmotivated afterward. It can create a cycle where you feel like you need more alcohol to feel good again. While it’s okay to enjoy a drink now and then, relying on alcohol for happiness or comfort lowers your vibration. It also opens your energy to entities and other low vibrations. Focus on finding happiness from within, without needing a substance to make you feel good. This way, you can experience true joy that doesn’t fade away.
Engaging in Addictive Behaviors
Addictions aren’t just about alcohol or drugs. They can also include things like being glued to your phone, constantly checking social media, or overeating. Addictive behaviors are often a way to fill an empty space or avoid dealing with something inside of you. Take time to notice your habits and how they make you feel. Are you doing things because they genuinely bring you happiness, or because they’re distracting you from something else? Once you become more aware, you can start making changes that help you feel more balanced.
Eating Unhealthy or Processed Foods
