BIG SHIFTS AND CHANGES!
We are in a very activate energy weekend.
This weekend brings the New Moon, the second eclipse which is the Annular Solar Eclipse of the Sun. (This won’t be visible from North America but will be visible from parts of Africa, Europe, Asia, Indonesia, Micronesia and the Middle East). Also, we entered Mercury Retrograde and we have the Summer Solstice.
What can I say other than BUCKLE YOUR SEAT BELTS!
If you are feeling stressed out, emotional, sleepless or can’t get enough sleep, uncertain about the future, moody, sad, angry any discomfort – physically, emotionally or mentally this is at least part of the answer as to WHY.
Listen to your body. Yes, I know I say it all the time but stay well hydrated, grounded, zipped up and in your coconut. Being grounded and having your energetic boundaries will help you through it.
