Everyone does it but is it good for you??

Make a resolution that this will be the year that you live a more relaxed, laid back life. Stop biting off more than you can chew, which means “stop overcommitting.”

Being “busy” is not a badge of honor and is one of the top ways you can block your energy.

Like everything, your energy needs room to expand and grow. It is easy for you to do this, just commit to leaving your self free time.

Here are a few easy steps you can take to help yourself.

  • Set a timer when you get on social media. 20 to 30 minutes in the AM and PM maximum
  • Schedule “ME TIME” on your calendar and turn off all distractions
  • Take an online class in something you love or you are really interested in like painting, drawing, mixed media, journaling anything that gets that left side of your brain activated so you have balance
  • Spend 20 – 30 minutes in meditation a day or at least each week
  • Lay back and listen to 20 – 30 minutes of relaxing, uplifting music

You get the idea.

Just find at least 20 minutes a day of “ME TIME.” These are some FREE, simple, yet effective and healthy ways to bring balance to your life. If you can find more time than that wonderful!

This is something that more is meaningful and so beneficial for you in 2022.
