Beliefs

If you are ready to alter some of the current outcomes in your life then you’ll need to start with your beliefs.

Beliefs are constantly setting up road blocks to your progress in life.

There are many categories.

First, you have ‘fatal beliefs’

I can’t
I’m not able
I never will

These are the beliefs you have about yourself that set your boundaries and limitations.

Then, there are ‘blocker beliefs’

My boyfriend is so untrustworthy
My boss is a jerk
People are idiots

These are beliefs about others and, for however long they last, they block the flow of energy in a relationship. They are bricks in the walls we build between each other.

Then, there are ‘survival beliefs’

Get what you can while you can….there is not enough to go around
Love always ends in heartbreak It’s to late for me to…..

Limiting beliefs have you living in fear and anxiety, they fuel your insecurity. Limiting beliefs are not even real and are often passed down through the family, society, your childhood experiences, education, relationships, entertainment or work.

You can choose your beliefs. But first you may have to let go of the ones that have crept in over the years that are doing their best to hold you back.

If you want different outcomes in your life, change your beliefs.

Start to notice which beliefs pop up for you then ask yourself:

Is that even true?
Why do I believe that?
Where did that belief come from?
How can I change it to move me forward instead of letting it hold me back?

Something to think about right?

Hopefully this will give you a little nudge to start letting go of some things and start moving forward.

Be Aware, that is key.

Please share with anyone that you think might benefit from this information!
