Keep Your Vibes High

It isn’t easy but you don’t want to pick up on fear. It will put you in the “fight, flight or freeze” mode. This drops your immune system more than anything. There are simple tools you can use to raise your vibration and get happy.

Visualize or find an image that makes you happy or one that is beautiful, watch a good comedy and have a good laugh, take 3 deep; slow, drawnout; mindful breaths, get out in nature even if it’s just on your deck or in your own backyard. Lay on the earth but the most fun of all…. eat ice cream! LOL, that may not be scientifically proven but it gives me results. I’m happy.

This is a time to be mindful of what makes you happy and do it while also sheltering in place and self isolating. I hear cars whizzing by on the highway all day and night and it is so frustrating that people won’t just sit still for a few weeks and give this a chance to go as fast as it came. If everyone would do their part we could all move on much sooner. God calls us to have integrity and integrity calls for us to do what is for the highest good of all.

I know we usually have rain at this time of year and it just makes me happy looking out the window seeing the sunny blue skies or stepping out the door and sitting on the patio with the sun on my face. Don’t make it harder than it is, find little things to enjoy.

Send prayer, love and healing energy out to the people and the areas. That is the most productive way to spend your time.
