There’s an epidemic spreading amongst women.
You feel too tired and too overwhelmed to tune in to who you truly are and what is for your highest good.
You are feeling unbalanced, out of control and unintentionally living on auto-pilot, going through the motions of work, errands, meals, laundry and activities.
Despite your best intentions for self-care or downtime, something always seems to be more important and steers you off-course. The time for yourself that you so desperately need is always being put on the back burner.
You long to create a life that is a true expression of who you are, even if you can’t quite put your finger on who that really is yet.
You find yourself craving confirmation that proves that making space for YOU in your life is actually the solution to most of the problems you’ve encountered with your kids, career, relationship and health.
Bringing balance into your life is an incredibly important aspect of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Living from your center, your power point, will bring you into balance. We all tend to over-extend in one direction or the other, but when you know what center feels like, you will find it easier to return there.
Really knowing yourself — what drains you, inspires you, gives you the most power in your life, what lifts you up and what brings you down, what raises your frequency and what plummets it — is key.
Be aware! Really know how you are feeling in any given moment so when there is a shift, you notice it right away. You can then self-correct and change environments and the company you keep.
Listen to your body, and rest when it is calling for rest. Be active when you are being nudged to be active.
Always know that you are worthy of what truly feeds your soul and keeps you at a high frequency, and for self-preservation and balance, be willing to let go of what doesn’t.
At the very least, give yourself a few minutes to be quiet. Just breathe in peace and feel it to the very depths of your being. Stay there for a moment, focusing on the moment of absolute peace and silence, and in that moment expect a message. It may be as simple as hydrate, you are loved or stay true to yourself, but whatever it is, listen and take action.
You’re worth it.
Until next time, have a wonderful week.
