Tips for Winter Wellness:
Stay hydrated with warm herbal teas or water with lemon.
Get plenty of rest to support healing.
Incorporate vitamin C-rich foods like oranges and bell peppers.
Practice regular hand washing to prevent illness.
These natural remedies can support your health throughout the winter season. Always consult a healthcare professional for serious conditions and ensure herbs are safe for your unique health needs. I always asked the pharmacist if herbs I used on my caregiving clients would react with any of their medications before giving them my remedies. They were super helpful.
