It’s As Simple As Looking To Nature

 

There’s something about waking up in the morning and feeling your knees, hips, or shoulders ache that your just tired of. You’re tired of moving slower. Of being afraid you’ll fall, But here’s what I want you to know, your body isn’t working against you. At a certain age it starts asking for a little extra care and attention.

As you get older, or as energy builds in the world, your body starts to hold onto tension. It shows up as stiffness, tightness and sometimes some pain in your joints or even debilitating pain. That’s not just a physical thing. It’s also energy that’s gotten stuck. Old emotions, stress, or even worry that hasn’t been released yet and is causing blocks.
