Let Your Warrior Arise
Welcome to the New Moon Energy.
Today (3/24/20) we have the New moon in Aries. This is the sign of new beginnings.
I think with all that is going on in the world right now we are all ready for a new beginning.
Aries also fires up our passion. With so much of the world in lock down mode people are angry and frustrated. I know it is overwhelming in many ways but you want to use that anger and frustration and allow it to power up the warrior within you. Fight for your dreams. Get off the couch, turn off the tv and start taking steps to a better life. To a life you have dreamed of. Look at this down time as a good thing, as a time for self care, a time to begin what you have dreamt of doing with your life.
Take an online class, so many are being offered for free right now. You can go to my Facebook page and I have posted many free classes for children and adults, free virtual tours of famous museums all over the world, of national parks, of painting and drawing classes. Just about anything you have ever dreamt of trying you can do it now for free.
Don’t focus on the news and be overcome with fear, yes, you do want to know what is going on in the world, in our country or in your state so you are following protocol, but don’t spend the day being bombarded with all the negativity. Be aware, be smart but do not be fearful. Fear lowers your immune system and right now you want it to be as high as you can get it. Play beautiful music, sing, dance (have a dance or singing party with your family), do crafts, bake, work on your honey do list. Being productive, moving, and bringing joy into your home will raise everyone’s vibration and that is what we need right now.
Tell your friends and family how much you love them and all the good things you enjoy about them.
If you have to go to the store and you know of people that are especially vulnerable to sickness call them ask if there is anything you can pick up for them. Let them know you have left it at their door. Acts of kindness raise your vibration and theirs. It allows you to feel in control of some part of your life.
Self pity or taking on the energy of being the victim lowers your frequency. Taking control and being needed and productive raises it.
If you find yourself thinking negative thoughts press pause and go to an image that fills you with peace, love and joy. See yourself lying in a hammock on the beach, feel the ocean breeze and sun on your face, feel the gentle sway of the hammock, smell the salt in the air, hear the exotic birds in the background or imagine your grand babies in your arms, hear their laughter, take in that sweet baby smell, feel their hugs. Take yourself to something, someone, someplace that fills you with all that is good. Visualize what brings makes you happy.
Do what excites you, brings you joy and feeds your soul.
We will all get through this together.

Father God I thank you for your love and protection. I thank you that this pandemic disappears as quickly as it appeared. I thank you that the opportunity we have been given is put to good use. I thank you for your many blessings. I thank you that this experience brings more love, compassion and respect to the world. I thank you that I hear your voice and am led to do what is for my highest good at any given moment.

I am believing for this to be a time of spiritual growth and inner knowing. This is the perfect time for stillness, to sit and feel the love of God wash over you. I love you and am holding each of you in my prayers.
P.S. Please be responsible and be respectful. I have seen playgrounds crowded with parents and their children, I’ve seen the images of the beaches filled with families and college students and it just sickens my heart seeing what the children and others are being exposed to. So do the self quarantine. Keep yourself and others safe. The quicker everyone does this the quicker we can be done with this.
