Whip up this stress release blend of tea, and get in the habit of sipping it throughout your day.
- 1 Cup Dried Chamomile
- 1/4 Cup Dried Lavender
- 1/4 Cup Lemon Balm
- 1/4 Cup Passion Flower
- 1/4 Cup Rose Hips
Combine, mix and store in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid.
When you’re ready for a nice cup of tea steep 1 tbsp per cup of hot water. Strain, sweeten, and relax.
