Clear the Cobwebs

Clear The Cobwebs

If you are like most of my clients they are feeling physically drained but also mentally drained. I know I have another busy week ahead so I am so thankful for my oils. I rely on them to keep me going, clear minded and focused. I wanted to share my favorite remedy for keeping my head in the game. I hope it helps you as much as it has helped me.

Mental Clarity Oil and Crystal Blend

-12 drops of Lemon

-8 drops of Rosemary

-4 drops of Cypress

-2 drops of Peppermint

Clear Quartz
Tigers Eye

You can add these as chips to your roller bottle or surround your roller bottle with them overnight so that the remedy has time to soak up the energies of the crystals.

Add oils to a 10 ml roller bottle (and your crystal chips if you have them) and top with fractionated coconut oil. Apply to inner wrist, temple & behind the ears.

Once I do my temples I like to just close my eyes and relax a moment, rubbing the oils into the temples or even across the forehead. Just give yourself a little massage with it. I sometimes even put a dab below my nose so I can inhale the scent as I do the massage. If your really ready to do some self pampering let yourself drift off to sleep and allow your body some time to rejuvenate.

***note that this has lemon oil which can be photosensitive in the sun***

When you have a lot on your mind this blend can help you stop the mind chatter and bring your mind back to clarity and focus.

Here are a few other tips for you:

1) Disconnect from major distractions and unplug from social media & cell phones

2) Meditate

3) Get outside and do something active or just lay on the ground or sit against a tree, anything in nature

4) Doodle

I hope this blend and these tips help you out! Direct message me if you’re ready to get started with doTERRA!

Or, let me know if you would like me to mix up a bottle for you. Have a blessed day!
